Being a year into a Global Pandemic is not where we thought we would be, thinking into the future a few years ago. But, here we are. We have COVID relief payments, extra unemployment payments, “essential workers”, and so on. Nat and Krissy talk about being part of the “essential” workforce, a year in masks, taking personal responsibility, and also the perks! From realizing there was something off at 15, to a family intervention, and her successes from there! Jenn has come a long way, and we are ridiculously proud of her for fighting for her mental health, and for sharing her story so openly and honestly!

Jenn: YES

There was a time when Jenn was in a deep depression, and she did the strongest thing she could have done. When she was asked if she needed help and if Nat could tell mom, Jenn said YES!
