Hello Friends, and welcome back. 

For this week's meditation we will be enjoying a relaxing rainy Saturday morning with nowhere to be and nothing we have to be doing. We will simply enjoy the sounds of the rain (and sleeping in, of course) alongside our furry best friend. Sit back, relax, and let the gentle pitter-patter of raindrops wash away stress and anxiety, leaving you refreshed and rejuvenated.

Ambience: rain, thunder, birds, relaxing piano music.
