A discussion on my mental health journey and how that started. I allowed myself to hold space for an intimate relationship with someone new, Egypt. I learned to make space when I spoke my truth, created safe spaces, identified my triggers and learned ways to relieve my anxiety. I learned how to be kind and how to be present. Once I did these things my relationship with me was better and more stable.

I’m discussing about being in a transitional period of my life and essentially starting over. Shedding light on how starting over isn’t bad, it gives you a chance to do better the next time with more expertise.
