The Rams have now won 3 straight games, leaving them very much in playoff contention as the current 8 seed in the NFC. Let's not kid ourselves: this team has been really impressive and is playing complimentary football over the last three weeks for the first time this season. The tanking narrative is starting to slip away, and Rams fans are starting to focus-in on the final stretch of the season. The question is: can this current roster actually pull off a playoff push, or will they fall short? We've been on record all season saying they're good enough to grab the 6th or 7th seed in the NFC.

The Rams are in a position to grab the 7th seed in the NFC and win three games in a row for the first time this season. The Cleveland Browns and (potentially) former Super Bowl MVP Joe Flacco are in their way, as the Rams are going to have to be smart with how they approach their gameplan if they want to come away with a win. The best way would be to win consistently at the line of scrimmage, and negate the pressure that Myles Garrett and ZaDarius Smith cause in the pass game by heavily utilizing Kyren Williams and Royce Freeman. Oh, and our QB can make some throws when he has to, too.

Was this as close to a perfect game as this Rams roster can play? We're thinking it was. Not only have the Rams now won back-to-back games for the first time this season (in dominant fashion, hanging 37 points on the Cardinals), but they’ve now swept a division rival in back-to-back weeks. Led by Kyren Williams' heroic effort, it’s the first time they’ve won back-to-back games since weeks 2 and 3 of last year. Is this Rams team poised to make a bit of a run come prepared to play two AFC teams over the next two weeks? Only time will tell. But, they showed some promise today.

The Rams are heading into Arizona as underdogs (as it stands right now), which is interesting considering the Rams have handled Arizona the last 8 times they’ve traveled there. But, this Arizona Cardinals team in Week 12 is completely different from the team we saw in Week 6, primarily due to players like Kyler Murray, James Conner, and Budda Baker. When we talked through the Arizona Cardinals in Week 6 and their inability to move the ball in the second half, we knew they’d give us a better effort when they were fully healthy later on in the season. But, in a “re-tooling year”, the Rams have a unique opportunity to sweep division rivals in back-to-back weeks. Can they pull it off?

The Rams haven't played good football over the last 5-6 weeks. There's no way around it. But for some reason, they always seem to do just enough against the Seattle Seahawks. Sure, a ton of their offense was aided by the 130 penalty yards Seattle committed. But, that doesn't mean the Rams stepped on the gas (offensively and defensively) in the 2nd half when they were down their Super Bowl MVP and Triple Crown winner. This win puts the Rams back "in the hunt" which may be controversial to the fans who are hopeful they're "tanking" in effort to get a top pick.

The Rams are a pretty confusing team right now. Are we a solid football team if we string together a few wins over the next few weeks? Do we NOT want to win, in hopes our draft slot is better? There's a lot of controversy surrounding what the Rams will or won't do to end this season. All of that aside, it's not too much to ask if you want to watch them play competitive football against a team they've historically played well against (under Sean McVay). They're getting very important players back and should be able to stay competitive through the remainder of this season. But one thing is for sure: the next two games will set the tone for where this season will net out.

The Rams made a few roster moves ahead of their bye week, inclusive of: waiving Brett Rypien, Dresser Winn, Myles Gaskin and signing former 2nd overall pick Carson Wentz. Wentz has had some insane success and some major downfalls in just 7 short seasons — with plenty of controversy tied to him. But nothing that should stop McVay from getting the best out of him. And because it’s a bye week, we leaned in on Nick’s Picks in hopes to make the fans some money this weekend.

The Rams fell to the Green Bay Packers in dramatic fashion, which makes for embarrassing losses in back-to-back weeks. Fans are angry because they felt like they were originally sold optimism by the coaching staff on the 2023 season when in reality, they all somewhat knew that the Rams were lacking in the talent department (with the exception of their three “weight bearing walls”). But to struggle this badly after showing SOME promise in the first few weeks of the season is difficult to digest. We’ll talk through all of the important questions and look for solutions on how to get through this season -- and mentally prepare for next.

The Rams were silent at the trade deadline yesterday and signed Dresser Winn as insurance as they prepare to travel to Lambeau to take on the Green Bay Packers. If Matthew Stafford is healthy enough to play in this game (is currently dealing with a gnarly UCL sprain), then the Rams have a legitimate chance to go into their bye week with a 4-5 record, and a real opportunity to re-set themselves in preparation for a tricky back-half schedule and 2 divisional opponents right out the gate. Let's see what kind of team this is, and if they can rebound like they should.

The Rams were flat out dominated by the Dallas Cowboys, 43-20 with the Cowboys fresh off their bye week, in their home stadium. Yes, the Rams have had some tough breaks when it comes to the schedule. But, when it comes to execution and situational play-calling, it feels like the Rams simply need to be better. And when it's so poor to the point it puts your starting quarterback (and 1 of 3 "weight bearing walls") in jeopardy of serious injury, it's time to start re-considering the game-plan. The defense, as a whole, needs to be better too but how much can you ask of a unit that is simply lacking talent
