Scott gets into some good family stories describing the constant moving during his first 15 years of coaching college baseball. He then discusses finally getting to settle down in Asheville, North Carolina where he got his first head coaching job. The guys then talk about the town of Asheville and why Scott and his family have loved living there over the past 8 years. The guys then discuss some baseball topics, such as, unwritten rules and analytics. Scott then discusses how competitive the family can get and the invention of a game that should be sweeping the nation. On this episode, Larry and Duff welcome long time friend, veteran and Fire Fighter Mike Barrett to the banter to catch up and relive some old memories. Barrett talks about his eventful trip to Florida this time around, and his thoughts on retirement a little down the road. Barrett then delves into his deployments during his time in the Army going to some pretty dangerous places. Aaron is the late brother of Matt Duff and Tony Mastrorio, and played an important role in all of our lives. On this weeks episode, Larry and Duff talk about A surprise birthday party for Duff's mom and how far is too far when it comes to planning a surprise party. Then the guys relive some of early drinking stories from younger days and how they need to get motivated to get back into shape as they were in back then. On this week's Banter, Larry's friend and coworker, Brix, joins in and talks shop with a few character imitations and shout outs to another fellow salesman. Brix talks about his early years growing up in South America and Larry continues to demonstrate his lack of geographical knowledge. Brix teaches us some Spanish, while Duff, seemingly trying to get recommendations to impress his wife, quizzes Brix on different South American and Spanish cuisines.
