RANT 44 | THE REPASS PARTY brings FAT LIVER JONES and BURBAN BOY REED together for a conversation that moves from immigration and Black history to AI, grief, the NFL, and the strange ways people decide when empathy should apply.
ANT and REED start with the national conversation around immigration before ANT connects what is happening in Minnesota to Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., questioning how King’s legacy gets used whenever America finds itself in another cultural fight.
That leads into Jake Lang’s anti-Islam rally in Minneapolis, where hundreds of counterprotesters showed up and Lang was ultimately chased away before carrying out a planned Quran burning. ANT and REED use the moment to get into protest, public spaces, immigration, race, and who gets protected when political demonstrations collide.
The conversation takes a completely different turn when ANT admits he has become obsessed with AI-generated “life advice” videos, before the crew reacts to a Florida woman whose wedding venue refused to refund thousands of dollars after her fiancé unexpectedly died. The venue instead offered alternatives that included holding a memorial on what would have been the couple’s wedding day.
ANT and REED close with Houston Texans linebacker Azeez Al-Shaair being fined by the NFL after wearing eye black that read “Stop the Genocide.” The league cited its rule against unapproved personal messages, giving the crew another reason to argue about corporations, protest, personal expression, and what happens when somebody uses their job as a platform.

RANT 43 | MAN-SHAMING finds FAT LIVER JONES starting with a little 2Pac before immediately driving the conversation somewhere completely different.
ANT gets into the fatal shooting of Renee Nicole Good by an ICE agent in Minneapolis and the national argument that followed, before turning inward for a conversation about men, accountability, confidence, and why he thinks too many men are losing their backbone.
Then ANT begs content creators to stop doing food reviews from the front seat of their cars before getting into the viral Corey Holcomb and Anton Daniels conversation on the 5150 Show.
The scams only get stranger from there. ANT reacts to Ebo Noah, the Ghanaian social media personality who claimed he was building an ark ahead of a catastrophic flood, and Marlon and LaShonda Moore being convicted for running the Blessings in No Time pyramid scheme that prosecutors said took more than $25 million from over 10,000 people.
ANT also gets into the realities of the cannabis industry, former New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy restoring jury eligibility to many people with past indictable convictions, and Stefon Diggs having his arraignment postponed while facing strangulation and assault charges that he denied.
And because one RANT apparently wasn’t carrying enough topics already, ANT gives Teyana Taylor her flowers after her Golden Globe win for One Battle After Another while continuing to bounce between culture, relationships, scams, sports, and whatever else MAN-SHAMING manages to drag into the conversation.

RANT 42 | FIND OUT THO finds FAT LIVER JONES starting with headlights, fog lights, and the kind of domestic misunderstanding that somehow turns into an entire philosophy about people learning things the hard way.
ANT gets into why owning a bidet apparently becomes part of your personality before jumping into Donald Trump, Venezuela, and Nicolás Maduro, then pivots straight into Glasses Malone crashing out on Adin Ross over Doechii.
From there, ANT breaks down the racketeering lawsuit involving Drake, Adin Ross, and Stake, before comparing Uncle Murda and Mad Skillz and the completely different ways they approach their annual year-end rap wrap-ups.
The conversation gets even more personal when ANT questions why some parents refuse to let their kids listen to certain rappers and athletes while still trusting OnlyFans creators and complete strangers with some of the most private parts of their lives.
Then Chris Redd enters the RANT with his very public relationship drama, giving ANT another reason to talk about ego, loyalty, consequences, and what happens when everybody involved eventually has to answer for their decisions.
And somewhere in the middle of all of that, ANT finds time to give his take on 61st Street—because FIND OUT THO was never going to stay on one subject for long.

RANT 41 | WHAT’S GOOD FOR THE GOOSE kicks off 2026 with FAT LIVER JONES looking at how quickly money, power, reputation, and public opinion can turn on anybody.
ANT starts with Damon Dash’s film company Poppington selling at auction for just $100.50 before reacting to the criminal charges then facing Stefon Diggs and paying respect to the late Isiah Whitlock Jr.
From there, hip-hop takes over as ANT gets into Jim Jones and Conway the Machine discussing how the Kendrick Lamar and Drake battle changed relationships, alliances, and the temperature of the rap industry.
ANT also reacts to Justin Combs and Christian “King” Combs announcing a Zeus Network docuseries centered on their family and the fallout from Sean “Diddy” Combs’ legal case, before getting into Dr. Umar Johnson’s comments about Venus and Serena Williams’ marriages.
The media conversation continues with Charlamagne Tha God’s reported $200 million iHeartMedia deal, ANT’s latest watchlist, and the Let’s Rap About It crew responding to 50 Cent.
For the first RANT of 2026, WHAT’S GOOD FOR THE GOOSE moves through hip-hop, money, celebrity, relationships, media, and consequences without wasting much time getting the year started.

RANT 40 | WHITE GUILT closes out 2025 with FAT LIVER JONES looking back at procrastination, burnout, media, race, entertainment, and another year where the internet somehow made everything more exhausting.
ANT starts with his own procrastination habits and the difference between being lazy and simply being burned out before getting into the trigger words that instantly derail conversations online.
From there, ANT gives his takes on Mayor of Kingstown and Power Book IV: Force before turning toward the evolution of urban radio. Howard Stern’s longevity becomes the starting point for a bigger conversation about why some personalities survive every change in media while others disappear when the audience, platform, or algorithm moves on.
That conversation gets even more relevant with iHeartMedia and Netflix announcing an exclusive video podcast partnership involving more than 15 iHeart shows, including The Breakfast Club. ANT looks at what moves like that could mean for podcasting, radio, ownership, and who gets to control the next version of media.
A Joe Budden Podcast clip sends ANT into another conversation about money, access, and class signaling, while Kai Cenat’s message about mental health brings things back to the pressure that comes with being constantly visible online.
ANT closes the final RANT of 2025 with white guilt, T.I.’s comparison between church and Broadway, and a round of international comments from President Donald Trump before trying to make sense of everything he watched, heard, and argued about all year.

RANT 39 | RED ROLLS WHITE CEILING finds FAT LIVER JONES looking at what happens when the internet, hip-hop media, scandal, and bad decision-making all collide at once.
ANT starts with a PSA about AI-generated women, digital thirst traps, and what happens when people forget that almost everything they do online leaves a trail. After correcting something from the previous RANT, he turns to Michigan firing head football coach Sherrone Moore following an investigation into an inappropriate relationship with a staff member, which sends ANT into a much bigger conversation about sexual discipline, self-control, and consequences.
From there, ANT reacts to Ebro in the Morning ending its run on HOT 97 after more than a decade, using the moment to talk about the changing landscape of urban radio, podcasting, ownership, and who gets to control the conversations that shape hip-hop culture.
Things get more serious with the federal indictment of Black Lives Matter Oklahoma City executive director Tashella Dickerson, who prosecutors accused of diverting more than $3 million in organizational funds for personal use. ANT gets into leadership, trust, accountability, and what happens when the people representing a cause become the story themselves.
The episode closes with ANT reacting to The Game’s appearance on Club Shay Shay and questioning what long-form celebrity interviews have become as podcasting continues replacing traditional radio and media as the place where artists tell their stories.

RANT 38 | RESPECT MY BOUNDARIES finds FAT LIVER JONES coming off a rough week and realizing that ambition means nothing if you never give yourself permission to slow down.
ANT starts with a new creative challenge, his first sneaker ball, and the collision between trying to stay productive and knowing when you’ve reached your limit. Somehow that turns into public speakerphone offenders, candy lady economics, and an update on The Big C before the episode heads somewhere much heavier.
ANT gets into Netflix’s Sean Combs: The Reckoning, the four-part Diddy documentary executive produced by 50 Cent, before reacting to Fugees member Pras Michel receiving a 14-year federal prison sentence.
From there, the conversation moves to Brian McKnight’s increasingly public family conflict and Ray J’s Thanksgiving arrest before ANT reacts to a viral Stacey Abrams clip challenging narratives surrounding Black male voters.
The episode closes with Zohran Mamdani’s decision to include rapper and activist Mysonne Linen on his mayoral transition team’s Committee on the Criminal Legal System. The controversy surrounding Mysonne’s past gives ANT another reason to get into criminal justice, second chances, media framing, accountability, and who society decides is allowed near positions of influence.
Through all of it, RESPECT MY BOUNDARIES keeps coming back to the same idea: everybody wants access to your time, attention, opinions, and energy until you decide where the line actually is.

Welcome to POLITICAL FATIGUE, the rant where ANT finally calls out the cultural burnout we’ve all been trying to hide. He starts with the Netflix shows cooking his brain — The Big C, Eddie Murphy’s newest doc, and the brilliant chaos of The Vince Staples Show — before dragging Hollywood for always placing Black Presidents in no-win cinematic death traps. Then ANT tackles allegations involving Trump and Bill Clinton that have MAGA supporters allegedly burning their own red hats like the world’s saddest bonfire. The rant heats up when ANT questions why non-married, childless people keep giving Pusha T parenting advice, and why the internet digging up Rory’s old tweets led to him deleting his entire Twitter account. He then unpacks the Louisiana preacher who called a TikTok truth-teller a demon for exposing how churches fail the needy, followed by Megyn Kelly’s bizarre attempt to argue that Jeffrey Epstein “wasn’t a pedophile,” Ray J embarrassing his side chick publicly, and Errol Musk doubling down on open racism. This is raw, sharp-edged commentary on a culture that keeps choosing chaos on purpose.
Strap in and buckle up — your favorite crash-out philosophers are back, unhinged and unsupervised. MAKE PODDING GREAT AGAIN opens with ANT and REED digging into addiction — not just to substances, but to chaos, comfort, and control. From there, the espresso kicks in and the headlines crumble: the government shutdown might be over (until next week), air travel’s collapsing under its own turbulence, and 200,000 Americans are apparently ready to become ICE agents. ANT questions why women’s friend groups keep self-destructing faster than crypto portfolios, while REED wonders why Gen Z wants to “kill mediation” in favor of emotional anarchy. Then, we celebrate Max B’s long-awaited homecoming after 16 years and ask why Maino’s loyalty to Jim Jones always seems to trend at the wrong time. Finally, the duo breaks down the Top 5 forbidden male interactions — the unspoken social rules that define modern masculinity. It’s funny, uncomfortable, and painfully honest — like therapy without the co-pay.

Welcome to THE NOD-FATHER — a caffeine-fueled joyride through a world that’s lost its steering wheel. ANT starts by honoring America’s Veterans, only to expose how the same country that thanks them every November forgets them by December. The plot thickens: the Michael Jackson biopic triggers a lookalike rebellion, Donald Trump’s naps make headlines, and Steve Bannon all but volunteers to turn state’s evidence. Meanwhile, Raven-Symoné defends Bill Cosby’s legacy, Kanye West seeks redemption from a Rabbi, and Kim Jong Un bans suicide in one of the most dystopian headlines of the decade. ANT then drops the stat that shook the workforce—a toxic job is officially deadlier than secondhand smoke. By the end, it’s clear: this isn’t just another rant—it’s a cultural autopsy, a confession booth, and a warning label rolled into one.
