People who were on or lived near the railroad tracks in Kentucky and Texas were killed by a man who traveled the rails.  He sexually assaulted and killed at least eight people before he was identified and eventually turned himself in.  The man was Mexican national Angel Raphael Resendez-Ramirez, aka the Railroad Killer.
