Listen Later

Welcome to Glenn Robison’s Rapidly Rotating Records, bringing you vintage music to which you can’t *not* tap your toes, from rapidly rotating 78 RPM records of the 1920s and ’30s.

Welcome to the first show of our 21st year on the air! Rapidly Rotating Records premiered on KISL on Sunday, July 23, 2000 and we’ve been bringing you “vintage music to which you can’t NOT tap your toes” from “rapidly rotating 78 RPM records of the 1920s and 30s ever since.

Do you know who Winky Tharp and Al Levy are? One is a composer and one is a restaurateur. You’ll find out which is which and all about them in the third and fourth segments of the show. In other segments, you’ll hear about some Josephines, engage in some sternutation (!) and play another game of “One Thing in Common.” There’s lots of great music and lots of interesting information so…

ENJOY THE SHOW!
