Rapidly Rotating Records 78 RPM Show – March 22, 2020

Listen Later

Welcome to Glenn Robison’s Rapidly Rotating Records, bringing you vintage music to which you can’t *not* tap your toes, from rapidly rotating 78 RPM records of the 1920s and ’30s.

I hope you are all safe and healthy and doing as OK as you can be given the world’s current circumstances. I hope this hour of music gives you a bit of diversion from the situation. On this evening’s show we’re going to start by celebrating the birthday of Thurlow Lieurance, composer of “By The Waters Of Minnetonka.” The rest of the show will be dedicated to information about and ways to stay safe from the CV19 virus pandemic. Thanks for listening! Wash your hands and stay safe!

Note that the KISL website (www.KISLAvalon.com) is down and has been for some time. We are working on the problem and hope to have it resolved soon. The station continues to broadcast over the air, and every episode of Rapidly Rotating Records going all the way back to 2000 is available on the show website at www.RapidlyRotatingRecords.com.

Thank you for your very kind attention!

Enjoy the show!
