On this episode I had the pleasure of interviewing the CEO and founder of Raw Farm (previously known as Organic Pastures Dairy), Mark McAfee. Mark served as a Paramedic for the EMS system of Fresno County for 17 years prior to getting his hands dirty with organic farming and raw milk. Mark is also the president of The Raw Milk Institute that serves to train other farmers both nationally and internationally on safe farming practices in order to make raw milk safe and more accessible for human consumption.
