New year's resolutions have become such a heated topic, haven't they?! Should you set them or is that no longer the cool thing to do..?

Personally, I am all for living intentionally and knowing where we're headed in our lives. If we have no dreams, goals or plans to strive towards, then how can we even make decisions or take action in life without any guiding principles?

I do have some reservations about new year's resolutions though... They feel a little forceful to me. Instead, I like to set new year's intentions. In fact, I strive to live intentionally day in, day out.
