So you wanna build a soul-led business?

Everyone talks about the freedom, alignment and sense of purpose...

In this deeply honest conversation, Mark Dallimore and I talk about what really happens when you stop hiding and start building your dream soul-aligned personal brand online business.

  • 40. Trauma Beyond the Obvious: Blending Science, Spirituality, Body & Brain — with holistic psychologist Belu

In this raw and unfiltered episode, I sit down with holistic psychologist Belu for an unscripted conversation about trauma, healing, and what it actually takes to move beyond understanding and into real healing and lasting transformation.

This wasn’t meant to be a “proper” podcast interview. We met, saw we had a lot in common, and decided to chat. And at some point, I hit record.

What unfolded was an honest and personal conversation between two women who’ve lived trauma, walked their own healing journeys, and now support others in doing the same.

    In this episode, we explore:

    • Trauma beyond the obvious — including what didn’t happen, but was supposed to

    • Why understanding alone don’t lead to healing

    • Why talk therapy isn't enough

    • How disconnected we have become from our bodies and why it's a problem

    • Understanding our childhood, generational patterns, and overachievement

    • Feminine and masculine energetics — and why so many women are exhausted

    • Why healing is a journey — unpredictable, nonlinear, and deeply human

    ⚠️ Listener note:

This episode includes discussions of childhood trauma, relational trauma, eating disorders, and emotional neglect. Please listen with care and check in with yourself around timing and capacity.

    🌿 About today’s guest

Belu is a holistic psychologist who spent many years working strictly within scientific and clinical frameworks — until her own healing journey and spiritual awakening revealed that something essential was missing.

Today, her work bridges psychology and spirituality, science and embodiment, and mind and body, with a strong focus on safety, nervous system regulation, and inner child healing.

  • 39. Ayahuasca Integration: A Nervous System-First Conversation on Surrender, Community & “Resting the Interpreter” with Ian LLoyd

Journeying with ayahuasca isn’t just about what happens when you drink it.

It’s about what happens before—and especially after.

In this episode, I sit down with Ian Lloyd just three months after sharing a couple ceremonies together in Colombia, to unpack the less talked-about part of the medicine path: integration.

This isn’t a conversation about spiritual performance or peak experiences. It’s about the tenacity it takes to sit with confusion, tenderness, and truth.

    Inside, we explore:

    • How the medicine chose us—not the other way around
    • What surrender really means, and how to “rest the interpreter”
    • Why nervous system safety is the foundation of transformation
    • The tenderness — and sacredness — of confusion
    • How holding space the right way changes lives
    • The role of community, co-regulation, and being witnessed
    • Why your deepest gifts are hidden behind shame—and how to reclaim them

Yes, there are medicine stories woven in. But this is about so much more:

Walking with integrity, being held in our vulnerability, and trusting the deep intelligence of the body.

  • 37. You Are Your Purpose—Here’s How to Start Living It with Kirsi Hardy

What if your purpose isn’t something you find—but something you become?

In this empowering follow-up to Episode 36, Claire sits down with intuitive coach and energy guide Kirsi Hardy for a raw, honest, and surprisingly practical conversation about how to start actually living your purpose—even if you don’t feel clear, ready, or confident yet.

👉 Haven’t listened to Episode 36 yet? Go check it out first—it’s all about the messy middle, the confusion, the identity unraveling, and the very real frustration of not knowing what your purpose is.

This episode picks up right where that one left off—only now, we’re ready to move.

    Together, we explore:

✨ Why purpose often doesn’t feel easy or obvious

✨ The real reason we resist taking action (hint: it’s not laziness)

✨ What to do when your soul says yes but your ego freaks out

✨ The myth of “clarity before action”—and what actually creates momentum

✨ How karmic patterns and old identities sneakily keep us stuck

✨ Why your purpose may feel terrifying (and how that’s actually a clue)

Whether you’re in a career pivot, questioning your next chapter, or simply feeling the pull for something deeper—this episode will remind you that you don’t need to have it all figured out to begin.

You are your purpose. Now let’s start walking like it.

  • 36. You Don’t Find Your Purpose—You Become It: Navigating the Messy Middle of Alignment with Mark Dallimore

Have you ever felt like you’re meant for something more… but have no idea what or how to step into it?

If you’ve been searching for your purpose, trying to figure it all out, and instead just ending up more confused—you’re not alone.

In this episode, I sit down with fellow intuitive coach, Mark Dallimore, to have a raw, honest conversation about the messy middle of purpose. Because here’s the truth:

✨ You don’t find your purpose—you become it.

✨ Purpose isn’t about what you do—it’s about who you are.

✨ The path won’t be clear before you start walking it.

BUT… that can be outrageously frustrating! Trust me, I know—I am right there with you! 😂

💡 Inside this episode, we dive into:

    • The frustration of knowing you’re meant for more but not seeing the next step
    • Why purpose isn’t something you “figure out” in your head—it’s something you embody
    • The black hole phase—when your old identity no longer fits, but the new one hasn’t arrived yet
    • How to trust yourself even when your mind is screaming for a plan
    • The entrepreneurial struggle—how do you build a purpose-driven life without turning your purpose into another job that drains you?
    • If you’re multi-passionate—how do you choose one path without feeling like you’re giving up on the rest?

If you’ve ever felt lost in your purpose… if you’re in a transition, an identity shift, or the in-between of “WTF am I actually supposed to do with my life?” —this episode is for you.

  • 35. The Real Practice of Gratitude: Receiving, Holding & Expanding with Veronique Navette & Dan Blackman

We’ve all heard about the power of gratitude. It’s in every self-help book, every morning routine, every spiritual practice. But here’s the real question—are you actually letting it in?

Because gratitude isn’t just about what you acknowledge—it’s about what you’re willing to receive. And for so many of us, that’s the hardest part. We can express appreciation, we can say the words, but when love, kindness, and abundance come our way… we deflect. We minimize. We struggle to hold it.

In this episode, I sit down with intuitive, trauma-informed coaches Dan Blackman and Veronique Navette for a deep conversation on gratitude—not just as a mindset, but as something that reshapes your entire relationship with yourself. We explore:

✨ The link between gratitude and self-worth—and how so many of us reject the good things we say we want

✨ How to practice gratitude when life feels heavy and you can’t find anything to be grateful for

✨ The energetics of gratitude—why saying “I’m grateful” means nothing if your energy isn’t aligned with it

✨ How learning to receive gratitude can shift everything from your relationships to your manifestations.

If you’ve ever struggled to believe in the good things being reflected back to you, or if gratitude has ever felt like an obligation instead of a felt experience—this episode is for you.

  • 32. How to set new year's intentions for 2025 (rather than new year's resolutions)

In this short episode, I discuss the topics of new year's resolutions and of living intentionally.

New year's resolutions have become such a heated topic, haven't they?! Should you set them or is that no longer the cool thing to do..?

Personally, I am all for living intentionally and knowing where we're headed in our lives. If we have no dreams, goals or plans to strive towards, then how can we even make decisions or take action in life without any guiding principles?

I do have some reservations about new year's resolutions though... They feel a little forceful to me. Instead, I like to set new year's intentions. In fact, I strive to live intentionally day in, day out.

How are intentions different from resolutions and how can we choose our intentions for 2025 in the most supportive way?

    Listen in to find out!
