Jen is known as the Tropic Pianist Gamer and lives on Anglesey with her husband and child.

She grew up in the shadows of Greater Manchester, having a fascinating upbringing being half Chinese. A talented musician from a young age, she had many hobbies, too many, in fact. Anything creative was right up her street, including colourful and fun video games. In the background, she was always journaling, writing poetry, songs or the occasional novel. The school implied she wasn’t good enough as a writer, so she hid her content for many years. She believes that writing helped her through some of the most stressful parts of her life.

Having anxiety problems from the age of thirteen but not being diagnosed with Generalised Anxiety Disorder until the age of twenty-seven, there left a gap where mental health was brushed under the carpet, and she was seen as weak. 
After trying counselling, CBT, mindfulness and other conventional methods, it took a life-changing event to instigate change.

Alastair Roshan Ballentyne is a 5th Generation Spiritual Advisor, he is of mixed-race Scottish-Celtic and Persian-Mesopotamian descent. Alastair has been in the spiritual work of service his whole life having been aware of his ‘gifts’ from an early age. 

His focus in sharing ideas that blend both his middle eastern and western heritage is to bring spirituality, practice, and concepts to those outside of the traditionally spiritual sphere. Alastair’s position is that in times of actively decolonising spirituality and a drive for further inclusion, it is important to have more diverse voices and perspectives. 

It was in 2020 that Alastair received guidance to open a spiritual mentorship and education service under the name Higher Transmissions LTD which has grown over recent years with clients all over the planet. 

Alastair is a trained teacher, EFT therapist, Tera-Mai Seichem reiki master and reader. He operates the Alchemists Anonymous membership which focuses on spiritual development, community, and lifestyle in the emerging new world. He also runs Higher Transmissions Tarot Club for teaching tarot and empowering individual reading style.
