Alcoholism—The Progressive Disease

We Must Move Away From Victimhood

What happened to us may not have been our fault. The pain, trauma, betrayal, neglect, or abuse may have been real, and acknowledging it matters.

But there comes a point when continuing to live only through what happened keeps us trapped in the same story.
