Ray Bentley

Pastor Ray Bentley brings a candid discussion of men's and women's roles in the church, and he begins with this foundational truth. There is total unity, equality between men and women in the image of God. He has sons and he has daughters, and he loves them both equally and they are equal in his eyes. Just like we have children, we have sons and daughters, and we love them equally and they're part of our family spread.

The Bible is full of divine promises. Pastor Ray Bentley has insight on how to put them to work. We must claim God's promise by worship. All the promises of God are yours, theoretically, until you step on them and claim them one by one. This promise is for me. You got to claim it. You got to appropriate it. And the way to express, you know, confidence is to worship the Lord.

Pastor Ray Bentley explains how to move forward in your walk with the Lord. There are certain doors that you have to close to your past in order to have the weight and the shame of your past removed, and the Holy Spirit is definitely talking to me and tapping me on the shoulder and saying, now's the time, but only you can decide it.

Pastor Ray Bentley explains an important dynamic of the Christian life. Every brand new, born again Christian is in a dichotomy where your spirit is going. I want to pray. I want to seek the Lord. I want to fellowship intimately with him because even though you hear the gospel and you believe in trust in Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Savior, and your spirit is born anew and you have eternal life, your flesh, our flesh remains the same spirit.

Today, pastor Ray Bentley explains how to impact your family for the Lord. You can be the one that changes the course direction of your whole family line and a whole new direction. All it takes is one member of a family to believe God, to follow the word of the Lord, to walk in obedience, to claim the promises of God and God.

From our study of Joshua. Pastor Ray Bentley points out the pathway of new life. Once you become a child of God born again, you're not to go back to the old life. When you identify with Jesus Christ. You bury your past. You bury the old ways. You bury the old methods. And we must now live a new life.

Pastor Ray Bentley explains the difference between real faith and a faith veneer. Actual faith and the kind of faith that saves, that delivers the kind of faith it brings. The miraculous is faith that does something. Okay, God, when you open the way, when you part the Red sea, when you do the miracle, when all follow. And God is saying, actually, I'm ready to do the miracle, but I need you to step into the water.

Pastor Ray Bentley with a word today about testimonies. Every testimony has a test that is out of the test that you gain your testimony. So each one of us will be tested, and it's by passing the test that you really do genuinely believe and obey the message of salvation. And here's what happened when I opened my heart to the Lord Jesus Christ, and it's passing the test that gives us our test to spread.

Pastor Ray Bentley highlights today's study on Maranatha radio. When the children of Israel stepped into Jericho and into the land of Canaan, you know what God was bringing revival. He was casting out the generations of demonic, violent strongholds and replace it with peace and love and joy in the fruit of the spirit, and paving the way for the Messiah to come.

Pastor Ray Bentley with a word about today's study of the life of Rahab. I want to say this about a Rahab and what she did for the Lord. Real faith leads to courageous action. It's not enough for you to claim to be a Christian. It's not enough for you to go to church. It's not enough for you to say the right things and be in the right places.
