Ray Bentley

Today. A look at the Antichrist. Pastor Ray Bentley shows us how his methods and nature come from our spiritual adversary. It would be an exaggeration to say the Antichrist is an incarnation of Satan. It would be more accurate to say that the coming Antichrist is a very deliberate imitation of Jesus, and Satan always imitates his dream, and desire is to be like God spreading.

It's something no one has ever seen before. Pastor Ray Bentley helps us wrap our minds around the spectacle of the rapture. Can you imagine what would the world be like if every true believer in Jesus Christ suddenly were gone from the earth? All those Christians, every conviction, all of it gone. What do you think will happen to the world in a week?

How to be on guard against our spiritual adversary. Satan has a mission, and his real mission is not to create weird, spooky movies and goblins to terrorize people. He'll use that for those that will fall for that or be intimidated by it. But he is at his best.

As believers, we are linked to the very glory of God. Paul says that the Lord will be glorified in his people when Jesus comes back again. His glory will be revealed in us. So that we will be transformed by it and become vessels through which his glory is displayed.

At any moment, the bottom could drop out of our lives. But today, our faith can keep us stable. It is a true saying that my capacity to relax in whatever circumstances I find myself is an indication of the depth of my ability to trust in the Lord because he's on the throne and God is working all things together for your good spread.

As believers, we have great resources at our disposal through prayer. I am convinced when we finally get to heaven and realize the access we had and the power that we missed for our lack of prayer. For our prayer listeners, we're Asgoing to say, what was I thinking spinning so much on my own energy, my own strength, and in my own power?

How do you get the devil's influence out of your life? Get God's influence into your life. Satan hates people who praise and love God, and it's almost like it's so miserable for him that he has to flee. And I don't know about you, but he has made me very uncomfortable long enough. If I found a way to make him uncomfortable and flee, bring it on.

After rapture, Christians are caught up to meet the Lord in the air. That's good news for believers. Some people tell me all you guys want to do his escape. I go, yeah, and the reason I do is because Jesus said, I quit. Luke chapter 21 he said, watch therefore, and pray always that you may be counted worthy to escape all these things that will come to pass.

Crime and morality relativism. It sometimes seems our culture has forgotten God. How many would agree? God. Very patient. Sometimes you just go. I can't believe he doesn't do something and intervene and stop. You know, this or that. But there is a reason that God is slow to anger, and that is that God is not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

When Jesus returns for his church, there won't be a gigantic neon countdown clock. It'll happen very fast. And let me ask you this question. Are you ready? Are you and your life ready? If Jesus were to come tonight. Are you ready to meet him? Is your life ready? Put on faith. Love. Helmet of salvation.
