In this episode, we discuss Ray's background in business development for three different companies.  Ray has spent time in Japan and in France working for a couple of different organizations.  Additionally, he completed his MBA in France.  Ray's employer, Phenovista is doing some interesting imaging work for their clients who are working on Phenotyping samples for assay development.
