I chop it up with media personality Malik Shaheed live from Montreal for an exclusive interview. He talks about being raised in Little Burgundy aka Harlem of the North, the most fertile jazz scene in the world in the early 20th century. He also tells me how he was able to influence a generation of music lovers during his time on television. His bio:Mr. Shaheed is an established Canadian media personality. He interviewed Beyoncé, Jay Z, Pink and 50 Cent just to name a few. But beyond his work on television, he is a community leader. Being all about inclusivity, diversity and equity, he has organized one of the top Anti Bullying, Black History, and Stop Racism Tours for schools across the Greater Montreal area. His versatility enabled him to achieve several awards and accomplishments, such as being the Canadian Mentorship Ambassador for Canada, a YMCA Peace Award Recipient, the Parliament of Canada Community Award Recipient, the Black History Month Calendar Laureate, the Montreal Community Cares Award Recipient, the Born to Rise "Maria Brown Award" Recipient, and awarded the Gala Dynastie Urban Music Influencer Award. Shaheed has love for fashion and is an ambassador for RW&Co. He is also a school commissioner, probably the most fashionable you'll ever meet.
