  • Top 20 Draft For 2027
Why wait until 2027 to make terrible 2027 fantasy baseball decisions? Grey and B_Don are already looking ahead with a two-person, twenty-player mock draft. We’ll be battling it out for the first 20 picks of the 2027 fantasy baseball season, in October. Nothing says “healthy offseason activity” like drafting players for a season that is still months (and maybe a couple more months on top of it) away.

With only two teams, every pick is magnified, every reach is immediately mocked, and there’s nowhere to hide when your draft partner starts taking the guys you wanted. Who goes 1.01? Which players are already being overdrafted? Will there be snipes in a 2 person mock draft?

How quickly will we regret certain picks?

It’s 20 picks of early 2027 draft strategy, questionable valuations, arguments over who belongs at the top and the kind of overconfidence that will make absolutely no sense once Spring (or summer) Training starts. So grab your imaginary draft room, ignore everything we said last year, and let’s start preparing for the next season way too early.

  • 2026 Season Recap
The fantasy baseball season is over, which means it’s time to dust off the preseason predictions and figure out who actually knew what they were talking about, and who should probably delete their old articles before anyone notices. Grey and B_Don look back at their preseason ROY, Cy Young, MVP, sleeper, bust, comeback, MVFP, MVFH, and bold predictions to see which calls aged like fine wine and which aged like a banana left on the dashboard.

Then it’s time for the real awards: the fantasy MVPs, breakouts, bouncebacks, glue guys, and the players who are officially banned from our draft rooms next year. PCA, Ben Rice, CJ Abrams, Jordan Walker, Sal Stewart, and a whole army of unexpected contributors make the list, while some very recognizable names get sentenced to the fantasy waiver-wire witness protection program. Plus, Grey and B_Don revisit their best and worst draft-season calls and identify the late-season breakouts they want shares of in 2027. Because nothing says “season recap” like confidently declaring you’ve learned from your mistakes before immediately making all new ones.

  • Can't Hold Anything Back Now
Grey kicks things off by going on a rant about a CBS rankings email, and yes it was created from AI. Grey should learn to be nicer to AI since it’s going to rule the world some day. From there, we dive headfirst into the final stretch of the fantasy season, and you can’t hold anything back now, when every last point matters.

Do you adjust your strategy as you chase those final points? We’re talking about pushing your top bats, squeezing every possible start out of your pitchers, and figuring out when to get aggressive with closers.

We also break down the latest call-ups, including Aaron Sabato, River Ryan, Javier Sanoja, and Emmet Sheehan, who apparently decided that getting called up at the end of the season creates his best results each year. Then it’s waiver wire hitters, streaming pitchers, and the latest episode of SAGNOF Roulette, as many teams are in flux and may look at alternative options as closers for those last save opportunities.

  • Josue Can You See
Ohtani hits the IL, because apparently one body can only take so much baseball, and the Dodgers respond by calling up Josue De Paula, the No. 4 prospect on Itch’s midseason rankings. Meanwhile, Emmanuel Rodriguez gets the call from Minnesota and Brody Hopkins joins Tampa Bay, giving us plenty of shiny new toys to discuss while everyone immediately asks, “Can I start him?”

Elly De La Cruz is doing Elly De La Cruz things, landing at No. 1 on the weekly player rater while somehow simultaneously losing a bunch of sprint speed. So what do you do with him next year? We also talk Logan Henderson, who has been absolutely ridiculous over the last 30 days and is making a strong case that maybe we should have been paying more attention. Then it’s time for WW bats, streaming pitchers, and the weekly SAGNOF segment, where apparently every reliever in baseball has decided they would like to try closing for a day.

  • Ullola Listen To This Podcast
The prospect cavalry continues to arrive. Ethan Salas is up with the Padres, Michael Arroyo is heading to Seattle, and Carlos Jorge ran around the minors stealing bases like it was copper wire from at a construction site. We’ll talk about what to actually expect from these guys in fantasy, because “top prospect” and “immediate fantasy stud” are, unfortunately, not the same thing.

Rafael Devers is absolutely obliterating the ball and reminding everyone why sometimes the obvious answer is the correct one. Plus, Joshua Baez is suddenly heating up and Cooper Pratt is showing some signs of life. Naturally, we wander into the bullpen swamp, where the saves are imaginary, the roles are temporary, and someone you’ve never heard of will probably get a save tonight. As always, we finish up with the latest waiver-wire hitters and streaming pitchers.

  • Would You Drop Ohtani
Pete Crow-Armstrong is already used to responding to three-letter acronyms, so how hard can MVP be? We kick things off with PCA, Ohtani’s cancelled pitching start, and whether there’s any reason to be concerned about Shohei’s hitting ROS. Walker Jenkins gets the call, Yunior Marte makes his debut, and somehow Cade Cavalli has become one of the hottest pitchers in fantasy baseball.

We also dive into Noah Cameron’s ridiculous recent run, Jac Cags absolutely mashing his way to the top of the last-30-day player rater, and the eternal question: where the hell does Cags rank for 2027? Cal Raleigh is doing Cal Raleigh things, Roman Anthony and Trevor Story return, and we try to figure out what their futures look like.

Then it’s time for SAGNOF, where the saves situations are about as clean as a gas-station bathroom. We sort through the latest closers in Chicago, Oakland, Baltimore, Kansas City and Arizona before wrapping things up with waiver-wire bats and streaming pitchers.

  • Bathing In Mark Walter's Hot Water With Charles Star
On this episode of the Razzball Fantasy Baseball Podcast, Mike Couillard subs in again for B-Don to join Grey in inviting the pod's fourth (?) guest of all time, Charles Star aka Senator Lemon Gogurt (@ugarles.bsky.social) of the No Homework podcast, to crack jokes and discuss implications of Mark Walter's troubles on the Dodgers.

Then, Mike and Grey dive into this week's fantasy baseball topics included Kade Anderson's call-up, Pete Crow-Armstrong's 2027 draft position, and Noah Cameron's hot stretch. Then we close out with another edition of SAGNOF bullpen analysis (Edwin Diaz talk... again, Daniel Palencia's return, and Mason Montgomery's breakout), waiver-wire targets, and streaming pitchers for the upcoming scoring period.

  • Errands And A Three-Homer Debut
On this episode of the Razzball Fantasy Baseball Podcast, Mike Couillard subs in again for B-Don to join Grey in discussing the latter's harrowing errand run before discussing Joshua Baez's incredible three-homer debut. Then they talk Zac Veen's call-up, Payton Tolle's excellent run, and Fernando Tatis Jr's return to glory.

Then, Mike and Grey finish things off with another edition of SAGNOF bullpen analysis (Edwin Diaz is highly rated by Grey's barber, Angels again, and Romano in Colorado), waiver-wire targets, and streaming pitchers for the upcoming scoring period.

  • Summer of George
We welcome a wave of new prospects to the majors, including George Lombard Jr., Kaelen Culpepper, and Angel Genao, and debate which young bats are worth adding. We also break down some of the hottest players (Hansel, so hot right now) over the last week and month. Then it’s time for SAGNOF, with the closer situations, potential waiver-wire pickups, and streaming pitchers.

  • Trade Deadline Is Here
Baseball Podcast breaks down a wild day of MLB trades, including Tarik Skubal to the Dodgers, Freddy Peralta to the Rays, Luis García Jr. to the Yankees, Luis Arraez to the Phillies, and plenty more. We discuss the fantasy fallout from all the moves, which players could see their value rise or fall with new teams, and whether changing leagues, roles, ballparks, or playoff aspirations should change our rankings. Plus, Max Clark gets the call, SAGNOF, waiver wire targets, and streaming options for the stretch run.
