The Voyager crew think they've found a way through Borg space, but instead they've stumbled into the middle of a deadly war between the Borg and a new enemy. Species 8472 is stronger, uglier and more deadly than the Borg! Janeway's crazy plan is to form an alliance with the Borg, but the rest of her crew isn't as confident.
