In Devore space, Voyager is forced to undergo frequent inspections by men in tight fitting leather uniforms searching for telepaths. Inspector Kashyk takes a keen interest in our captain even suggesting he's going to defect from his own people and help her escape. But is he telling the truth or is he hiding a dark truth?
