She presents CRAACO as an approach to clinical research and its intentions by giving some examples of its application. She brings awareness to different issues that occur in clinical research, including mistrust, complexity in systems and protocols, transparency, and teamwork. For her, the future of clinical trials will be in patient-centricity, understanding centricity as including the patient as part of the team.
