Marcus Crook is a Co-Founder of one of Melbourne's most beloved and respected streetwear brands, Homie. Having just celebrated 8 years of existence, Marcus takes us back to where it all began at Homie and how Homie operates as a not for profit organisation, supporting youth experiencing hardship and homelessness. Making a difference and a positive impact on the youth is the bottom line for Marcus and Homie. Listening to Marcus speak, his passion and values are evident as Homie continues to go from strength to strength as a brand and community.

In episode 15 of R.CONVERSATIONS we welcomed into the R.SPORT studio Australian Professional Super Welterweight Boxer, Luke 'Lucky Punch' Gersbeck!

Straight off the bat, Luke oozes the kind of confidence you need to enter the ring, projecting admirable self-belief and motivation and it's evident when speaking with him. It's almost so infectious, you have the confidence to also enter the ring.

Luke's path into boxing is no doubt an interesting one with many stories that were unleashed in our chat, stemming from a very ripe age, with a few life lessons and full circle moments.

We were extremely lucky to get to chat to Luke so close to an upcoming professional fight, giving us an up close and personal look into his process building up to fight night and it's certainly no walk in the park.

We wish Luke all the best and will no doubt be in his corner.

Dom Hone aka Syd Varnham is a musician producing sounds that are smooth & soulful accompanied by his own angelic vocals.

Syd began experimenting with music from a young age, continually finding and discovering new sounds. Syd takes us on his journey from where it all started, performing and creating under different monikers to where he is today, inspirations behind his music & with many stories in between.

Syd's journey is just getting started, on the back of releasing two beautiful tracks in 2022, Good Times and I Think and we're looking forward to what he brings out next.

Rhyan Grant, 'the boy from Canowindra', a name that has been synonymous with the Sky Blue jersey and faithful of Sydney FC since 2008. Rhyan's career has been an illustrious journey thus far with Sydney FC (games record holder & 4 titles) and 21 caps with the Socceroos.

As much as we admire Rhyan's work on the pitch, we were fortunate enough to go beyond the #23 Sky Blue jersey and get to know Rhyan off the pitch.

In conversation, we get to learn Rhyan's unique story of growing up in country NSW, trials and tribulations throughout his career, 'that 100th minute' grand final winner, representing the Green and Gold and what life after football may look like.
