R.CONVERSATIONS

In this fortnight's episode we sat down with young AFLW star for the Western Bulldogs, Nell Morris-Dalton!

We discuss the current AFLW climate, Nell's debut to now and what the future may hold.

Outside of the AFLW bubble Nell extends her talents and vision into her creative business venture and day job whilst also touching on her involvement in spreading climate awareness via the AFLP4CA.

Chatting with Nell was really a breath of fresh air as Nell exudes so much passion and motivation for her current work, what she is working towards and her values.

Enjoy the conversation!

It was insightful and very enjoyable to chat with Luke Phillips, founder of local Melbourne sustainability focussed company - Into Carry.

Luke has successfully found a way to creatively mix functionality and aesthetics through up-cycling various materials that would otherwise be trash, into really cool and practical carry bags that can be used daily.

Further in conversation with Luke, we chat about his manufacturing processes, starting and operating a company with no previous experience, current on goings and future projects and plans - plus more.

Enjoy a great conversation with one of Melbourne's most exciting and fast growing local companies!

It's safe to say DR. Dom is one of the busiest people we have met, so to have her time on R.CONVERSATIONS was greatly appreciated. DR. Dom separates her time professionally as a Performance Dietitian at AFL/AFLW club Richmond FC and the Melbourne Boomers in the WNBL. She is a Senior Lecturer at Deakin University, manages her own private dietetics consulting and on top of all that maintains a healthy & social lifestyle.

In conversation with DR. Dom we learn about how she applies her expertise in dietetics to get the very best out of individuals in professional sporting environments, whilst also shedding light on ways we can approach nutrition as everyday individuals, plus so much more... Sit back and enjoy the conversation!

We may have bitten off more than we could chew on our first official episode of R.CONVERSATIONS, but amongst the chaos all the hard hitting questions have been answered by the Nico's trio! Get to know three very different personalities that clash, yet somehow compliment each other - like the ingredients of a good 'Nico's Original' sanga. Enjoy the conversation!
