●     What is your profession? Conscious Living Coach (ex Respiratory Nurse/Medical Professional)

●     What is your illness(es)? Diagnosed with RA & fibromyalgia

●     Where do you work/what’s your business? I work with women all over the world in a virtual setting as a mindset coach & energy healer

●     What types of patients/conditions do you work with? I work with women that have had a lot of trauma and emotional blocks in their life. In most cases this has led to the manifestation of physical pain and/or disease

●     What makes your approach to care unique? I work with the system from an energy standpoint. Everything is energy and we forget this sometimes. Given the right environment, we have such an incredible power to heal ourselves

●     How did your illness shape your career? It allowed me to find deeper solutions to pain that went beyond medication.

●     What do/did you do when you don’t know what to do about a patient? When I was in the medical field, I always saw and cared for patients in a higher light. I saw their potential vs how they currently were. I do this with my clients now in my coaching profession as well.

●     Are/were you open about your illnesses with your patients? I always speak about all of the difficult parts of my journey, when we can find strength in our vulnerability, it allows for others to come forward and seek help

●     What are you most passionate about in regard to your work? Creating shifts in people's minds, helping them find their power within and moving into more of their purpose here in this lifetime.

●     How do/did you handle flares while at work? I used to put on a mask, I didn't talk about the pain I was in during long 12 hour shifts. I just pushed through. But I'm now 98% symptom free and always focus on strength and healing.

●     How do/did you handle being a practitioner, patient and your personal life? When I was in chronic pain, my personal life suffered because I was too tired, too sore and even suffering from bouts of depression. It affected my spouse and my children. As I became better, I found more balance.

●     Do you tell your patients what you tell yourself/do you practice what you preach? I do practice what I preach. I never ask my clients to do anything I haven't done and I never teach anything I haven't personally gone through

●     How do you research conditions? On your own? Drug companies? Medical journals? Colleagues? How do you convey this knowledge to patients? I educate myself on the power of our mind, the intelligent subconscious mind, and our energy bodies. I tend to attract women that have a basic understanding of the principles I teach and they are ready to deepen their practice.

●     Tell us about a special experience with a patient: One of my long term clients used to suffer from chronic stomach pain, it almost felt like a recurring ulcer. We started working through some of her emotional addictions and deeply rooted limiting beliefs surrounding her relationships and her business as well as her health. Once she was able to release these emotional blocks, the stomach pain subsided.

●     If you had one message to send out to every chronic illness patient out there, what would it be? Never underestimate your personal power.
