Lloyd is a beautiful writer who uses the pen as a knife to carve these stories carefully. Next month we will be reading If I had Your Face by Frances Cha.

This is a super complex murder mystery that is the perfect read for Halloween or anyone who is a crime junkie. Mariana, the main character, goes back to her college to comfort her adoptive daughter, whose roommate has just been murdered. While she is there, she starts to investigate the murder, and it reveals deep secrets from her own past.
