The first several episodes of the Ready to Receive podcast have included what I call, “manifesting meditations.”
But what is a manifesting meditation? And how is it different from traditional meditation? That’s what I’m answering in today’s BONUS episode.
Meditation in all its forms has powerful benefits. Lowered blood pressure, decreased stress and anxiety, heightened focus.
But meditation that instantly raises your vibration and directly connects you to God, the Universe, and your Higher Self? That’s my favorite kind of meditation. And that’s what I’m talking about in this episode.
If you’re curious about the difference between traditional and manifesting meditation, or if you’ve tried and failed to implement a consistent meditation practice in the past, this is for you.

The tighter you hold onto a desire and the more you push to make it happen, the harder it is to achieve! I know. I worked insanely hard for 4 years trying to MAKE my business happen. The main result being a lot of disappointment, frustration, and unhappiness.
This meditation is designed to make surrender simple and effortless. Go through the meditation, surrender your desires to the Universe, and watch the magic unfold.
Practice this meditation when you feel your desires are out of reach. Turn to it when you don’t know how to trust and let go. Allow it to open your heart and strengthen your faith. Use it to connect more deeply with God’s love and the Universe’s unfailing support and guidance.

Begin to match the vibration of the Universe - notice any tingling in your hands or body and then slowly draw your attention outward, becoming aware of the vibration of the air around you.
Visualize your heart opening. Direct your attention to your heart as you feel the warmth, light, and love as it opens wide to receive.
Surrender anything you’re holding onto with perfect faith that the Universe knows better. Release your desire to the Universe, knowing that if it’s what you’re meant to have, it will come back to you in perfect timing, better and more whole. Instead, ask God and the Universe to give you what is perfect for you at this time.
Breathe in perfect faith and trust in the Universe and breathe out any doubts, worries, or fears. Breathe in the loving support, gentle guidance, and perfect timing of the Universe and breathe out any anxieties or blocks standing in the way of you receiving to those gifts.
Visualize a white, sparkling light descending on you and peacefully and completely enveloping your body. As you do so, continue to keep your heart open, breathe deeply.
Recognize and remember that God wants you to succeed. God and the Universe are anxious to fulfill all the deepest and most precious desires of your heart. What the Universe has in store is better than anything you could dream up. It’s your job to open yourself and to raise your frequency so you are ready to receive.
Continue to bask in the white, sparkling light. Feel gratitude, support, and joy in all the Universe is offering you. With every breath, draw in deeper knowledge and trust that the Universe wants you to succeed and is waiting to shower you with love and abundance as you open that channel by clearing your fears and resistance.
Continue with this meditation - visualizing the light surrounding your, your heart opening wide, and breathing in trust while breathing out surrender - until your timer goes off or you feel ready to come back.
Ever heard of yin and yang? The idea of masculine and feminine energies? If so, great. You’ll love this meditation. If not, great. You’ll love this meditation!
This concept brought so much clarity into my life recently, and I felt inspired to pass on my awareness to you.
If you’re struggling to create or to allow your desires to manifest in any area of your life, this meditation is designed to bring understanding and open the gates to let energy (which is all your desires are) flow to you.
I started my business about 4 years ago and, although I didn’t realize it at the time, dove straight into my masculine energy. The problem was, I stayed there. For years.
Long hours every single day. Hustle. Grind. And very little to show for it.
The problem was I was not honoring the duality of the universe - both my masculine and feminine energies. I made no room in my life to actually receive the goals I was working toward by stepping into that feminine side.
We all have both masculine and feminine energies within us. And when it comes to manifesting, it’s critical that we create space for both.
This meditation is designed to help you gain awareness on which season you’re in right now and to help you step into the place you need to be to allow your deepest ambitions to come to you.
Listen to the meditation + mini training here:Set your timer and turn on your calming background noise, soothing music, or sit in silence for a moment.
Take several deep, grounding breaths.
Set an intention or say a prayer, thanking the Universe, God, and your higher self for giving you the answers you seek.
“Thank you for providing me with knowledge of my present season and with faith that this is precisely where I need to be.”
Continue to breathe in and breathe out.
Allow your heart to open and begin to match the vibration of the Universe (see “Matching the Vibration of the Universe” Manifesting Meditation for more on this).
As you breathe notice any thoughts, feelings, impressions or visions that come to you. Don’t question or judge, simply notice. Continue your breathing, having faith that you are receiving the answers you asked for.
Think about the idea of yin and yang, the perfect balance of the universe, and notice if you are drawn to one side over the other.
When your timer goes off, take a moment to sit with what you received. Maybe your answer came in the form of a thought or feeling, or perhaps you noticed more feminine colors or images or more masculine desires or impulses. There are no wrong answers. If you don’t feel like you received clarity, trust that it’s there. It’s in your subconscious now and you may be struck by a sudden bolt of clarity later in the day or the week. Or maybe your answer will come as you realize the activities you feel inspired to pursue fall more into a masculine or feminine energy.
Trust that this energy is exactly what your higher self needs to help you manifest at this time.
This is arguably the most transformational meditation I’ve experienced to date.
I felt aligned. I felt a shift in my beliefs and in my energy. I felt myself become stronger. I felt more joy. And I felt like I was calling this in so I could bring it to you. Pretty amazing.
I asked for this meditation because I had uncovered a serious block in my ability to grow in my life and business. I realized that my fears about what others would think of me (a huge source of resistance in my life) actually came down to me thinking that I wasn’t enough.
This was a wake up call. And I KNOW it’s something many of you struggle with, as well. If you ever feel yourself going into that place, thinking you’re not enough, come to this meditation. Do it over and over again and draw strength from it.

Close your eyes and take several deep, grounding breaths.
Imagine yourself as a pillar of light. Visualize as a bright, white light fills your entire body, starting with your feet and moving up to the top of your head. Sit in this visualization until you feel the the light has filled you completely.
Get a sense of the strength of this divine light. Recognize that you are a divine being, and you have this light within you and access to this light from God and the Universe at any time.
Next, take yourself through several scenarios and “test” the light. For example:
It doesn’t matter if somebody says something hateful or hurtful to me...because I am enough
It doesn’t matter if someone doesn’t agree with what I do or say...because I am enough
It doesn’t matter if someone close to me thinks I’m crazy (or weird or stupid or naive)...because I am enough
Test the light with any situation you’re afraid to encounter - visualize the light as a shield. Remember, everything that happens outside of you is completely neutral. We forget this because when we are empty, we absorb those circumstances and make them mean something negative about ourselves. But when we are filled with light and WORTH, those circumstances bounce off of us effortlessly. And we have access to this divine light/worth at any time.
Continue to visualize yourself as that pillar of light. Draw strength from a higher power if you need it, and sit in that place until your timer goes off.
This meditation for manifesting is fantastic for beginners and advanced meditators alike. The idea is to get your body in tune with the vibration of the Universe.
Why? Because that’s where manifesting happens.
The Universe is vibrating at a high frequency. The more we can be in tune with that frequency, the more we can manifest.
This meditation is one of the most practical ways I have found to FEEL what it’s like to be in tune. (Feeling is the most important piece of manifesting.)
When we set the intention to match the vibration of the universe, we feel it in our bodies and with that familiarity, we can return to it over and over again. The more we return to it, the more that feeling becomes a habit, and the faster we can summon that vibration.
The goal of this meditation is to get that familiarity so you can manifest from the vibration of the Universe. (Also, it feels very open and lovely to be in this feeling.)
Listen to the training + detailed meditation instructions in this short audio:Set your timer for 10 minutes (or however long you desire to sit in meditation today). Put on some calming background noise or soothing music.
Close your eyes and breathe in and out deeply for several moments. Ground yourself in your meditation.
Set the intention to feel the vibration of the Universe. Ask for the gift to understand and match that vibration. Remember that when we ask, God delivers.
As you breathe, notice the sensation of your body. Bring your attention to any tingling in your hands or extremities.
Slowly move that attention outside of yourself. Feel the vibration of the air around you.
Remember to keep your heart open through this meditation. If you ever start to feel closed off or to lose the sensation, bring your attention back to your heart and visualize it open and receiving.
Sit in the feeling and become familiar with the sensation.
