Real Church

The "antichrist".

Ever heard of him?

Who is he? What does the Bible have to say about him?

What if we told you the spirit of the antichrist has been working on earth since the beginning?

In this week's message, we learn what the Bible has to say and look at biblical prophecy concerning him.

We also look at the book of Micah and what it has to say about "the breaker" who has come to free us from this spirit of antichrist.

During this series on End Times, we're looking at what the Bible has to say about the "Son of Perdition" and how we can be on the lookout for signs that "he" is here.

Scripture tells us that during the end times we will see a great falling away, or an apostasy; we are certainly seeing that.

The antichrist spirit has always been here, but it is certainly getting stronger. The antichrist exalts himself above God and opposes God.

However, the good news is that the antichrist can NOT have his day until the Church of Jesus is raptured.

Jesus will defeat the antichrist and Satan once and for all!

May this week's message be a blessing to you today!

How do we receive blessings from God?

Being “good”?

Volunteering at the local homeless shelter?

Giving a lot of money to church or a charity?

These things aren’t bad, but they’re not what gets the attention of God.

What does then?

Good question.

Repentance.

God can’t even hear the prayer of a sinner until they have repented of their sins.

How do we repent?

How do we know we’ve repented?

In today’s message we’ll be looking at what scripture has to say about unlocking the blessings of God when we repent and turn away from our sins.

Pastor BJ Smith is ALWAYS a blessing to Real Church.

If you're wondering how he preaches without a physical Bible in his hand, it's because he has studied the word intensely for decades and he has hidden the Word of God in his heart! Wow.

May you be blessed as you watch today!

Bricks have a certain quality...

They're made from the same mold. They aren't actually very strong. They all look the same - same color, shape, size... and they're man-made.

Stones, on the other hand, are incredibly strong. No two stones are identical. Not in size, shape, weight, color... the list could go on and on.

1 Peter 2:5 tells us this... "you also, like living stones, are being built into a spiritual house to be a holy priesthood, offering spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ."

And as we are to be stones, we are also to build our lives on the chief cornerstone, Jesus Christ!
