Mike Edmondson is the administrator of the Office of Species Conservation in Idaho and came on to talk about functional conservation in our state. There are many different forms that conservation groups can take, and Mike’s office brings a pragmatic, human first stance that leads to functional solutions that don’t hit the brakes on all human impact and development. Ada County is also home to our state capital and many of our elected officials.
