Mariusz Skonieczny is a professional investor and the founder of Classic Value Investors, MicroCap Explosions and creator of Value Investing University.

Mariusz graduated from Indiana University in 2003 with a finance degree. From 2003 to 2008, he was in the residential and commercial real estate industry as an appraiser and broker. During the 2008/2009 financial crisis, he made the courageous decision to leave the industry and start Classic Value Investors.

He has been investing in the stock market since 2008, starting with only $10,000, 10 years later he reached $1.1 million. By March of 2021, his accounts reached over $4 million!

He is also the author of 11 books on investing.

Dave grew up in Maine and attended Carleton College in Minnesota, focusing on Latin American Studies and Environment and Technology Studies. After earning his MBA and spending 9 years in non-profit leadership and fundraising, Dave dove into real estate investing to make the world a healthier and happier place.

Dave now co-owns over 130 commercial and residential units in Maine and has a 57 unit new construction project underway. Dave specializes in driving NOI through energy efficiency and creative solutions with refugee and immigrant tenants. Jay Conner began investing in real estate in 2003. At the start of his career, he relied on his local banker to fund his deals and was able to put together a few deals. However, that meant coming up with large down payments, paying origination fees, signing personal guarantees, and playing by the bank's rules. After years of feeling owned by the bank, Jay learned how to buy properties using creative financing, including ”buying” subject-to existing notes, using lease options, and seller financing.

After the market crashed in 2008, his banker closed his lines of credit without notice. As “coincidence” would have it, Jay learned about the world of private money in less than two weeks of being cut off from banks. He developed his own system for securing millions of dollars in funding for real estate deals. Jay refined his private money system until it was repeatable and dependable. When he put his system to the test, his first private lender gave him $250,000.

In less than 90 days, Jay raised $2,150,000 in private money. As a result of losing his line of credit, Jay found it was a huge blessing in disguise. Jay's unique system allows him to enjoy 7-figure profits year after year. He also has the freedom to work less than 10 hours per week in his real estate investing business by leveraging the power of automation.
