As Realtors, we can often struggle because so many people are Realtors. There are a thousand of us just here in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, where I live. I have to often tell people that I'm coaching and training, "Okay, well you have to do business differently. If there's a thousand other Realtors here, how are you going to do it differently?"
I first heard about Jesse Cole and the Savannah Bananas a few months ago.
