Mark spent more than a decade in the restaurant business building struggling locations back into becoming profit centers, again, for his partner company.  Like many of us here in the Underground, Mark made the leap into real estate after he realized his bosses were never going to compensate him in line with the value he delivered.  So he took his considerable talents and his no BS mindset to the real estate world and has been crushing it ever since.
