Episode #8: Austin grew up in an environment that inevitably exposed her to plenty of trauma surviving 28 years of abuse, which have contributed towards her development of varying mental health challenges such as complex PTSD, disordered eating and alcoholism, but Austin sees this as all going under the umbrella of CPTSD. On top of it all, Austin discovered that there was a huge chunk of her life that's been a lie, stemming from the fear of the opinions of the ones that she was surrounded by. In this episode, we unravel how Austin has come about her healing and how she's had to recondition herself and how she speaks to herself, along with plenty of insight and techniques.
