Many dove straight into with kneejerk responses. I tried to take the Warren Buffet approach, when everyone is jumping in, step back, and when everyone is stepping back, jump in!   I wanted to talk to leaders and employees first. I wanted to figure out the impact on the individual, their family, their teams, and the organization at large. In two days, we will dive right into the thick of it.
