I got to sit down with Taylor in this episode to chat about all thing DE&I. I've followed her career for quite a bit and know her mostly for specializing in pronunciation. Though I support DE&I being integrated into the workplace, I also believe that we need to be careful to implement policies appropriately, create environments conducive for respect and productivity, and be cautious of how personal ideologies govern our actions.
