Beau graduated from Purdue university with an engineering degree, He worked in the IT field for 10,11 years. Before Starting his Real Estate career. He felt the desire to develop his skillset and talent in Real Estate during his years in college. He spent a lot of time Reading and studying books and listening to podcasts on Real Estate investment and Finance. When he bought his first house in 2006, he instantly knew he was going to use this purchase as an investment to further his Investment portfolio for the future.
He Really love the whole idea of Real Estate and what it could bring to him financially. He truly loved the art of looking for the "deals" in Real Estate.
In 2016 while being Married, and with a 18th Month old and newborn he decided with the support of his amazing wife and took the leap and left a 6 figure salaried paying career, and jumped right into Real Estate. From that moment he knew he had NO other bigger "why" then at that time. Which was to support his family. His only thought was that "THIS MUST WORK" no other option.
He Earned "Rookie of the Year" his first year. closing 5-7 Million in production. He personally closes 30/40 deals consistently and was given the presidents club award. Making more money than he was making previously at his Career.!
Early on, some of his drivers to be successful, was from his childhood. He was raised in a challenging time where he even at times helped support his family financially working odd jobs. He was determined that he would never be in that position again, watching his family struggle. He Self taught himself while in College on a lot of the ways to succeed in Real Estate. Using it as leverage to create future generational wealth.
