Do what fulfills you and move at your own pace. Take your time and give your all to the things you are passionate about in life. Stay focused on YOU.

Saying yes to other people all the time is being unkind to yourself. It's like telling yourself that everyone else matters more than you. Set boundaries and keep them in place.
