This week on Real Talk we get real with Herb Thompson. Herb served in the Army with Special Operations, and deployed all over the world, and when he transitioned from the Army, he learned a lot of lessons, which he then put together in a book to help other soldiers with their transition. Making him a perfect guest for the summer reading series.

From the military to now working in consulting, and staring a nonprofit Herb is dedicated to helping veterans with their transition, everything he does is from the place of helping others. This episode is packed with great tips for everyone. 

In this episode Herb talks about his time in the military, his time as a drill sergeant, the struggles he experienced in transition and how that led him to his book “The Transition Mission”. This is a powerful episode is packed with information to help you own and win your transition.
