  • Vineyard Syndication in Texas with Mason Moreland

Sign up for The Real Wealth Solutions Report bit.ly/RWSReport.

Darren and Greg don’t know anything about vineyards, so their approach to the conversation with Mason Moreland of Texas Vine Country, was to just listen and ask questions.

Mason syndicates vineyards in Texas. It is definitely a niche and has longer time horizon than what many real estate investors may be used to, but the overall returns look very favorable if you have patient money. With a background in biology and a team experienced in the space, Texas Vine Country looks to be on track to a viable agricultural investment opportunity.

This conversation touched on everything from climate to the regulatory risk as well as industry trends. It is another real estate vertical that looks to have great potential because let’s face it. People like wine.

We hope you enjoy listening as much as we enjoyed recording, and if you think of someone who might enjoy it as well, we appreciate you passing it along.

    About Mason –

Mason Moreland is a real estate investor and vineyard developer/operator responsible for growth at Texas Vine Country (TVC). TVC combines real estate syndication with vineyard mechanization and automation tech to aggressively fill a market gap providing the raw materials to make high-value mid-price Texas wines. Just four years after starting on this journey, TVC is now one of the largest grape growers in Texas and the only one focusing on mechanization and scalability.

  • A "Rookie's" Journey with Pinny Lubinski

Sign up for The Real Wealth Solutions Report bit.ly/RWSReport.

Greg and Darren welcome investor Pinny Lubinsky to the show to speak about his journey to multifamily. It’s a familiar story – starting with single family rentals & reading Rich Dad Poor Dad – but Pinny adds a unique mentor relationship to his story.

Committing to a thorough education, a focus on networking, and exhibiting a great deal of patience eventually paid off with an opportunity to raise capital for his first deal. A lot of the discussion is about building trust, committing to the process, and recognizing whatever your unfair advantage is that can be of value to others.

Additionally, they have a thoughtful discussion of what the difference is between the right decision and the easy decision and how to try to tell the difference between the two.

Although Pinny is not very far along in his real estate career, we think you’ll find his focus and outlook something to be admired.

We hope you enjoy listening as much as we enjoyed recording, and if you think of someone who might enjoy it as well, we appreciate you passing it along.

     About Pinny –

Pinny is an entrepreneur and multifamily real estate syndicator, he studied business management at Fairleigh Dickenson University. He then went on to be a sales representative for a building supplies company (Dependable Plastics). He was promoted to business development manager where he supervised and grew a sales team that grossed over 5 million annually in sales.

After meeting many successful real estate professionals on the job, Pinny was inspired and decided to begin his own entrepreneurial journey. He began in 2019 by purchasing his first real estate deal, a single-family home in Pennsylvania. Concluding that he would have to acquire hundreds of such properties to reach his goals of financial freedom, he decided that multifamily syndication would be the more efficient vehicle to help him reach his goals.

Today Pinny is truly enthusiastic about multifamily syndication and has made it his mission to help as many people as possible achieve financial freedom thus enabling them to pursue their true passions in life.
Outside of real estate Pinny is a gym rat, loves the outdoors and enjoys baseball, swimming, and hiking.

  • Asset and Property Management with Kyle Mitchell

Sign up for The Real Wealth Solutions Report bit.ly/RWSReport.

In this episode Greg and Darren speak with Kyle Mitchell of Limitless Estates. Kyle literally wrote the book on asset management; it’s called Best in Class.

Whether you are self-managing or using a third party, the honeymoon ends quickly after the close. Now you must run a business. Kyle shares his slightly different approach to the first 90 days of ownership, for him it begins before closing. They also talk about the tradeoffs between third party management and doing it yourself, much of that has to do with the scale and trade-offs involved.

Asset management is an incredibly project specific part of any real estate business. What works for one project, might not work for another just a few blocks away. If you’ve found it difficult to get into the particulars of what it takes, Best in Class and this discussion may shed some light for you.

We hope you enjoy listening and if you think of someone who might enjoy it as well, we appreciate you passing it along.

    About Kyle –

Kyle Mitchell is a real estate entrepreneur and the Best-Selling Author of Best In Class. Kyle focuses on Multifamily Syndication and currently has $41MM AUM. He is the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Limitless Estates and the Asset Management Summit, where their mission is to positively impact the lives of their investors and the communities in which they invest through the highest level of transparency and fiduciary responsibility.

Kyle is also the co-host of the weekly real estate podcast Passive Income through Multifamily Real Estate, where he speaks with various experts in the real estate industry to help educate and create clarity for passive investors and new operators.

With a background in operations, management and logistics, he has overseen multi-million-dollar businesses and has a passion in doing the same in the multifamily syndication space.

  • Long Distance Investing & A Big Why with Michael Barnhart & Suzy Sevier

On this episode Greg and Darren have a great conversation with long distance investors, Michael Barnhart & Suzy Sevier, and by long distance we mean really, really long distance as they are currently based in England and investing in the US.

Michael & Suzy were able to leverage their time during quarantine to grow through extreme networking and finding a mentor that was “the accelerator to their fire” through a no expectations exchange of knowledge and skills.

Their big why is inspiring – changing ROI from return on investment to return on impact.

We hope you enjoy listening and if you think of someone who might enjoy it as well, we appreciate you passing it along.

    From Michael & Suzy
Suzy and Michael are the Founders of Adventurous Real Estate Investors. They specialize in Return on Impact. Through real estate investing they create immeasurable impacts; in their family, with their friends, in their community, with the families (residents) they serve, in the spaces where they want to be generous.... everywhere and anywhere!

Suzy and Michael are triathletes, outdoor and adventure enthusiasts, and avid travelers.

Our adventure began at a TEDx event — the theme was Reset — and it changed our lives.

We took the event to heart and used that theme — Reset — as a launching point to regain control of our lives, secure financial freedom, create a long lasting impact, and discover our “why.”

Our “why” is to achieve financial freedom through real estate investing so we can serve others all over the world. We want to build schools in 3rd world countries. Education is extremely important to us and access to basic education in all societies is critical to individual and economic development and political stability. We want to create an impact where it is needed most. We want to share this journey with others by offering investment opportunities to our partners, and to give back by mentoring others along the way to help them pursue their life passions.

Join our adventure and together we will help you create your impact in your world through real estate investing. This impact itself is different for all of us but we all share the same goal, we want to create those monumental impacts.
