I have always been a private person. But with recently reconnecting to my purpose of helping others I realized if I don't open up how can I help others? This episode was very difficult for me so I apologize If the audio is off. I hope that as you listen to this if you are currently going through it you realize you're not allowed and you can get through it. There is another way and life on the other side of addiction.
