OK family meeting time- we're trying a slight shift to Reality Check. We want to scoot ourselves a little closer to the 5 for FUEL Daily practice, and respond to the 3 questions more directly (and quickly!). Yes- we love going deep on how our week has gone (or not gone), and inevitable there will be ramblings and tangents and oversharing... BUT we could use more direct connection to the daily practice ourselves, and we want to model that connection to the FUEL community. So whether you are a new member trying to understand and get situated in the practice, or a long-time member wanting to affirm or begin again- we are going to walk through these questions with you, and we're going to stick to our promise of a quick "mini" podcast.
