Welcome to this week's Friday Podcast.  Today's reflection is about friendship.

I thought I would give you an insight for the weekends, and prepare you for Mondays. These Friday podcasts will be typically under 3 minutes, and just a pit stop. 

Each Friday I share with you an insight or revelation and I hope that It will bless you as it blesses me. Today it is to encourage you to go out and do some exercise, in whatever way you want to do it.

A great way to make the most of these recordings is to check out the accompanying blogpost, or you can watch the video on YouTube, and have a journal or art journal handy, so that you can either make notes or create something from what inspires you.

Welcome to the podcast today.  Today the topic is Loss and Purpose and I talk about looking at loss from a different perspective, working through the pain in order to think back on our loved ones remembering the love they had for us and the many lives they touched, we can then think about them and feel the joy for having had them be a part of our lives and knowing that their spirit and memory lives on within us.

Welcome to Fridays Inspiration post to get you set for the weekend and the week ahead. Today I talk about being a light.  There is something about you that blesses others, the things that you say, the way that you say it.  Don't hide your light but allow it to shine and be a blessing to yourself as well as others. 

The best way to utilize these weekly 'Friday Shorts' is to spend time meditating on the words and allowing them to permeate your inner consciousness.

Think about the changes you would like in your own life and the step or steps you would like to take. Take out your art journal and be creative, use colour, texture, whatever you feel inspired to use.

Welcome to today's episode, which is titled 'Mustard Seed' - great ideas come from a single thought and blossom into amazing outcomes.  This weekend saw the final events for the Caribbean Fine Art Fair 2019 and it was a blessing to be part of it.  We had a great week of events that you can check out HERE when they all have been uploaded.  For those who were not able to attend the Exhibition you can see some of the art work on display, and they are still for sale so you can contact the artist for further information.  Check out the work HERE
