  • No More Toxic People
It’s very hard to cut out habits or people in your life that are holding you back from the life you want to live, but it’s extremely critical if you want to improve your situation. You only get one life, so don’t waste it on the wrong things that are more hurtful, than helpful.

  • Don’t Live Paycheck to Paycheck
So many people spend every dime they get because they want to use the money they spend so much time trying to make. The problem is, if you spend everything and don’t save any money, when life hits you with financial burdens, you won’t be able to respond. Enjoy every day like it’s your last, but plan, financially, like you’ll live to 100.

  • You’re Unique, So Own It
The best way to build confidence within yourself, is to understand just how important and unique you really are. Nobody has ever been born, or will ever be born, with your exact configuration of talents, intelligence, passion, interests, appearance and personality and THAT is what separates you from everyone else. THAT’S your superpower. Own that and realize that you are important when you are that rare. The rarest items hold the most value.

  • Look to Yourself for Support
You can’t rely on friends and family to be your cheerleaders. Most of the time you won’t feel support from anyone, whether it’s physically or emotionally, so we need to find it in ourselves. Remember why you started doing what you are doing or what you love and block out any negative emotion or feedback from others. Focus on you and what needs to be done to succeed, and you WILL succeed.

  • Always Plan Ahead
You should always be thinking about next day, week, month, year, 5 years, 10 years etc. Think about where you want to be and how to get there. Do this with money, careers, relationships, hobbies, or whatever, but you should always have a gameplan and then execute it to the best of your ability. Plan as much as you can so you can be well prepared for hurdles and setbacks. Most importantly, keep your focus on what your priorities are and don’t let anyone talk you out of your goals. You got this.

  • Remember Why You Started
It’s easy to get frustrated, burned out, depressed and wanna give up. We ALL go through this at certain points in our lives. When these moments hit you, remember why you started in the first place. Don’t let outside noise or your own mind, discourage you from pushing forward. Don’t count the bad days as losses. Count them as lessons. Learn them and get better for the future. We are playing the long term game, not the short term one. Love y’all

  • Believe It Til You Prove It
I’m starting a new positive, motivational movement. No more Fake it til you Make it nonsense. People are too smart to buy that bs for too long nowadays. Don’t pretend to be something you’re not. Be genuine and do the right things in life that you wish to accomplish, and regardless what anyone thinks of you or your ability to succeed, Believe It Til You Prove It!

  • You Can’t Help Everyone
Some people don’t want to be helped and they are perfectly fine being negative about life, but it’s not their fault. A lot of times, it’s because of the pain or sadness they’ve dealt with in life and they’ve grown bitter and angry. It’s not your job to try and force optimism and positivity on them. It’s your job to be understanding and just be there for them until they are ready for the help they may need to get their life back on track. Just be patient, understanding and reliable for a person in need, if you truly want to help them. They may need your help more than either of you know.

  • Dark Times are Only Temporary
It takes a very mentally strong individual to go through a lot of adversity, pain and suffering and still come out the other side. Nobody enjoys the bad experiences in life but you are strong enough to keep going forward and stay hopeful for the future. Acknowledge the negative but don’t dwell. Stay strong and move forward to regain your happiness.
