Really Unsure

A chat on how spirituality doesn’t look the same for everyone, but also everyone doesn’t have to look one certain way to be spiritual. I.e. you don’t have to dress the stereotype to be spiritual… I think it’s holding people back from realizing their connected to whatever they believe in (universe, god, higher self, etc) or from chatting about it more openly.

Some days racing thoughts seem endless, so im taking a moment of appreciation, reflection, and gratitude to be here.

In this episode I cover ideas about building the reality you want, manifesting ideas, why we can’t manifest overnight, staying excited while doing the work.. and more. I loved chatting on this. Longer chat today on saving versus spending. What’s the vibe here? Are we still putting money into 401k’s or are we all living our best true selves NOW instead of when we’re 70 because we don’t even know if there will be a planet when we’re 70.

Why the heck are we limiting ourselves from what we really want? Why would someone you used to know hold you back from your true self? I do this. And I talk about why. Maybe it rings true for you too and we can all stop doing this to ourselves.

I went off on a tangent here… or to make that a positive, I covered a lot of ground. Talking about the pressure to have it all figured out, why the 9-5 wasn’t built for women (obviously), wanting more from life, and a lot more. Plus a cried a little. It got emotional.

Exploring thoughts on decision exhaustion, all the forms it can come in, the pressures that live with and how to maybe quiet it down.
