  • Episode 94: I Heard The Bombs - With Re-Did Rap
I decided to re-do the rap in this song, so I re-did it today. It's the same song as I posted yesterday, but with a different rap. The words are less crowded together, so I'm a-hopin' it's easier to understand.
In any event, this song's about how that attempted coup d'etat impacted me psychologically. I hadn't realized how much it had, till I heard all these firecrackers the other night (really big firecrackers) and thought the insurrectionists were bombing the city.
This song has pot in it, but it's pot smoked in a place where it is legal. Los Angeles, California.

  • Episode 93: I Heard The Bombs
Last night, I got stoned and then I heard all these fire crackers going off; I thought they were bombs, and the civil war with the people that attempted that coup had started. It freaked me out. I hadn't realized to what extent that incident had impacted me psychologically, till last night.
I might re-do the rap because it sucks.
There's pot mentioned in this song - just to be clear - said pot was smoked in California, where it's legal.

  • Episode 91: You're Just Like Your Dad
The hook of this song came from a dream. It was very strange, because, on that morning, I felt like this song and the other ones I got from dreams didn't belong to me. I felt like they were songs meant for someone else. But I wrote 'em down, anyway.

  • Episode 90: I Love My Kitty Cats
This is a song about how I love my kitty cats and I worry about 'em. This little ditty was prompted by a health scare I was having about one of my little kitties. The vet might've figured out what it is, though.

  • Episode 89: When 5 Comes Up
In the album about possession, Father O'Malley, Timmy, Bobby, and me go out to the valley of bears. The bears tell us there're 5 of us, and we're confused until we realize they're referring to the fire god as #5 of us.

  • Episode 88: Nobody Cares About You
I used to believe the universe was a safe place, that there was a greater loving presence protecting us. I was dumb. The universe is a mechanical process, completely indifferent to its denizens.

  • Episode 87: O'Malley's Valley
Father O'Malley recalls a valley that had friendly bears who came out when he and other Catholics went there to apologize to the indigenous folks for the mission system, which messed things up for them.

  • Episode 86: New Year's Eve 2020 Song
Shit, maybe it's supposed to be called "New Year's Eve 2021," I'm not sure. This song is a repetition of that I dunno just how to live theme that came up a few weeks ago in the rock opera thingy. It's the New Year's Eve version of it.
