Make the Yuletide Gay (2009), Directed and written by  Rob Williams, starring Keith Jordan and Adamo Ruggiero.  A gay student who is "out" at college but not to his family receives an unexpected visit from his boyfriend while at home during the holidays.

Nothing Summarizes 1995 film "Jeffrey" better than a train wreck that must have put such a strain  on Patrick Stewarts back, for literally CARRYING this movie from start to finish.

Side Note: The Beginning starts with a brief history lesson on HIV/AIDS, followed by The Episode, next Wednesdays bonus content will dive deeper.

Jeffrey, Directed by Christopher Ashley and Written by Paul Rudnick. Starring Steven Weber, and Patrick Stuart. Jeffrey, a young gay man in New York, decides that sex is too much and decides to become celibate. He immediately meets the man of his dreams and must decide whether or not love is worth the danger of a boyfriend dying.

In this weeks episode we discuss both the  2020 Netflix remake of the "Boys in the Band" Originally an off Broadway show in the late 60's turned film release, turned Broadway revival, THEN remake....both film depict a group of gay men dealing with personal dramas during a Birthday Party in a life before the AIDS crisis.

Our Hosts discuss the actors portrayals of the originals, the unlikelihood of an apt in NYC with that Patio,  and how so much and yet so little has truly changed.

Boys in the Band (2020), Directed by Joe Mantello and Written by Mart Crowley.  Starring Jim Parsons, Zachary Quinto, Matt Bomer.  At a birthday party in 1968 New York, a surprise guest and a drunken game leave seven gay friends reckoning with unspoken feelings and buried truths.
