What an honest, raw and breathtaking podcast.
We were joined by Lachlan Stuart who was a man at rock bottom, a man who used drugs and alcohol to numb the pain and reality he was in. A man that has turned his life around and now runs a global movement empowering men to change their lives called 'The Man That Can Project'. Lachie is a Lululemon Ambassador and has just been voted in the top 10 performance coaches in Australia.
We talk through Lachie's journey and we go back right to the beginning. We believe his story isn't as unique as some people may believe, but Lachie is willing and open to talk about what caused him pain before which we believe will be so relatable to so many people listening.
Some of the topics we talk about
Schoolboy bullying
Becoming something you are not
Your Identity
Drugs and alcohol
Relationships
Mental Health
Taking the first step
Self belief and work ethic.
The list goes on and on but I will let you all listen yourself. I want to thank Lachie for telling his story and opening up and as always I am sure this will inspire someone to think differently.

This week the boys were joined by good friend Tomas Milosevic to have a round table discussion about sport, it's importance to life, and why your kids should play it.
We hope it challenges some of your personal bias, we hope it allows you to think differently or confirm what you've always thought.
We believe sport to have an unparalleled crossover into real life. This episode is not about what sport, this episode is about the importance of all sport and why starting young is important as we grow older and what it teaches us along the way.
We touch on
- Self worth
- Why getting 'hurt' shouldn't be on your mind
- Discipline

- Health and chasing performance over aesthetics
- Reliance

This week the boys talk about the fitness industry.
We talk business, personal trainers, coaches, franchise gyms, commercial gyms, what it takes to own a successful fitness business, and the pros and cons behind them all.
Why you shouldn't take on every client in your business
Should you buy a gym because you love fitness?
Should you become a PT because you love training?
Should you buy a gym or build a gym?
Ethics, ethos, and integrity
The industry is changing but who is changing with it?
Is this the rise of the boutique gym? is this the rise of the online world?
COVID has taught us all a lot.
We hope that even if you are not in the industry, listening will give you an insight into what to look for in a gym, a coach, or a personal trainer.
