Sara Haydens Pie Company, Sara's Tipsy Pies have taken the Minnesota State Fair and the Food Building by storm with their boozy hand pies. We catch up with Sara from her new production facility and coffee shop in Stillwater Minnesota to talk about running a forward-facing retail outlet, at 823 4th St S, Stillwater, and the launch of her Savory Pies.
