I say this every time but really though, this is a big one! I'll continue to be honest with you all and that's what this whole episode is about. My Journey in Embodying Integrity.

I've noticed this is a on going choice because at any time we can stop being integral. It really is a devotion to nothing but the truth but the world you cultivate through this way of being is incredible. 

My relationships are closer, people are more honest with me and I get to open my heart more to them making me feel so free in my soul.
