This episode features my amazing client, Caryn Gale. Caryn shares her experience finding out she was a BRCA carrier in her 50s and her emotional journey thereafter. She reached out to me after her hysterectomy. Through boudoir and my group coaching program, we created a healing space for her to say goodbye to her breasts and learn how to embrace her new body post-mastectomy. Her biggest fear was not knowing how she would feel about herself and if she could still be a woman even without her uterus, ovaries, fallopian tubes, and breasts.
