In today’s episode, we will be looking at two sneaky tactics narcissists use to control and manipulate us: sleep deprivation and its best buddy, the circular conversation.
Does this sound familiar to you: You're finally ready to unwind after a long day, but your partner starts a dramatic argument or needs your "urgent" help right before bedtime. This disrupts your sleep routine and leaves you feeling exhausted. This, my friends, is a classic tactic of a narcissist.
I look forward to healing with you.

This week, we’ll be looking at why the narcissist always seems to bored by us and the world around them. This can be extremely hurtful, particularly when we’ve bent ourselves into a pretzel trying to make the narcissist happy and feel loved.
Narcissistic boredom is a specific manifestation of boredom often associated with individuals with Narcissistic Personality Disorder. It involves a constant sense of dissatisfaction stemming from a perceived lack of stimulation or attention. We'll explore how this can effect the people around the narcissist and what exactly is going on.
I look forward to healing with you.

Missing an abuser is very confusing and can lead to us feeling immense shame. Someone who’s never been in a toxic relationship, may not understand why this happens and, in this episode I seek to take away the shame of this and explain why it happens and how we can move forward from this.
We will also look at some of the clinical and emotional reasons we miss the narcissist or toxic person such as, ‘euphoric recall’ and ‘anhedonia.’
The bottom line is, you do not miss the narcissist. You miss who you needed and wanted them to be.
I look forward to healing with you.

This episode, we’ll be looking at what the narcissist really means when they say, “I love you.”
When people with Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD) say "I love you," they often mean "I love how you make me feel" or "I love the way you reflect positively on me." Their love tends to be self-centered and focused on their own needs and desires. It's more about the benefits they derive from the relationship, such as attention, admiration, or validation, rather than a deep, genuine concern for the other person's well-being.
We will look at the ways in which this plays itself out in narcissistic relationships.
I look forward to healing with you.

This week is one for the psychology buffs out there – we are going to be taking a look at how the narcissist has you addicted. The narc uses the functions of operant conditioning and its sidekick, intermittent reinforcement to do this. We will look at how these function in narcissistic and toxic relationships.
Even though this may sound completely alien to you if you’ve never heard of either of these things – I can guarantee that you will have experienced this frequently in your narcissistic relationship.
We will also see that the brain of someone with a gambling addiction acts almost identically to that of the brain of someone in a narcissistic relationship.
I look forward to healing with you.
